These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "the agent", "the user") and Christopher Ndi, operating as Morphsage, based in Belgium ("we", "us", "Morphsage").
By creating an account or using the Morphsage platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Morphsage is an AI-assisted email management platform for professionals. It connects to your Gmail account to:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
During the beta period, access to Morphsage requires an invite code. Beta access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. The service is provided "as is" during beta — features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
Morphsage operates on a subscription model with a one-time onboarding fee:
Early Adopter pricing is locked for the lifetime of your subscription — your monthly rate will never increase as long as your subscription remains active.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable VAT.
The onboarding fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@morphsage.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or abuse the service. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
You own your data. Morphsage processes your emails and calendar data solely to deliver the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose beyond operating Morphsage.

On account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except billing records which are retained as required by Belgian tax law.
Morphsage requires OAuth access to your Gmail and Google Calendar. You grant this access voluntarily through Google's authorisation flow. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings or from within Morphsage. Revoking access will disable email processing features.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any emails you connect to Morphsage — including emails from your clients. Morphsage acts as a data processor on your behalf for this purpose.
You must not use Morphsage to:
Morphsage uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate draft email replies. These drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any reply. Morphsage accepts no liability for the content of emails sent using AI-generated drafts.
We aim to keep Morphsage running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during the beta period. We may perform maintenance, updates, or fixes that cause temporary downtime. We will notify users in advance where possible.
Morphsage is not liable for any losses arising from service downtime or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Morphsage's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, missed deals, or data loss caused by third-party service failures (Google, Anthropic, Railway, Supabase, etc.).
Morphsage and its software, design, and branding are owned by Christopher Ndi. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
You retain all rights to your own data, email content, and any content you create using the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. If you are a consumer in another EU member state, you retain the rights granted to you by your local consumer protection laws.
